Annual Ohio Business Women's Conference & Expo is May 16
With last
year’s attendance reaching over 500-plus women business owners and
entrepreneurs, this year’s event promises to be the largest of its
kind in the region for women in business. The Women’s Conference &
Expo will take place
Friday, May
16, 2008 at
the
Cleveland Marriott Downtown Key Center located at 127 Public
Square.
The Conference
& Expo will be facilitated by the Hispanic Chamber of
Commerce for Ohio/Hispanic Business Association (HCCO/HBA).
The conference
will feature two keynote speakers—an address by Juana Bordas,
President of Mestiza Leadership International, arriving from
Denver, Colorado, and Cleveland’s native Robin Jay, Author
of Corporate Trainer, currently residing in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A sell-out
crowd is expected to attend and participate in the day-long event
with an array of corporate exhibitors.
The theme of
this year’s conference, “Bridging Success,” has a mission to
promote women business enterprises at all stages of development,
by providing an unmatched forum in the region. Women business
owners can find the information and the tools necessary to expand
their market. Entrepreneurs will be able to display their products
and services to U.S.-America’s leading corporations and
governmental agencies.
