Winners selected from both the youth (15 and under) and adult
(16 and older) categories will be awarded cash prizes. Top poems
will also be published in Toledo City Paper. All entries will be
juried, and finalists will get the chance to read their poem at
a special event on April 18, 2019, details to be announced.
April is both National Poetry Month and Fair Housing

way to engage the community in talking about where we live and
how it affects our experiences and life outcomes.
